Peter Raad and his team were responsive, professional, and offered expert guidance to help me design and select a ring that I ended up loving! The process was smooth, iterative, and patient. Importantly, pricing was very fair. I would use them again and would recommend to others.

So happy I found this family owned company to make my dream ring and wedding band. They worked with me every step of the way updating me, sending pictures, sending videos, everything to ensure it was all perfect. The whole process was much quicker than I could have imagined and shipping was also extremely fast. I am so happy with this entire experience and I will absolutely recommend them and use them any time in the future for any of my jewelry!

I struggled for a while to find a jeweler online with a reputable name, then I came across some Reddit posts recommending Raad Jewelers. I needed an online retailer that was made in America with CUSTOMER SERVICE and Peter Raad (along with his staff) made what can be a stressful experience pleasant. A various selection of existing settings in different karats of gold to place whatever stone you desire. Selecting a stone is easy and entire process was a breeze. What was most special was the attention to detail with every step long the way from the 3-d renderings, stone inspection and the final video before shipping. Thank you Raad Jewelers

I customized a ring with Raad and it was the best experience! They were quick to respond, very helpful with making decisions, and helped me bring my vision to life. The ring was made and shipped to me in about 2.5 weeks which is less than they said it would take. I would highly recommend Raad!

Anthony and the team at Raad went above and beyond to deliver a beautiful custom engagement ring, at a great value, in comparison to other companies I looked at. Anthony proactively communicated throughout the process and he's my new jeweler! I highly recommend Raad Jewelers.
