We are absolutely in love with the way my rings turned out! We chose a ring and diamond through the website, and within a few days they reached out with updates on everything. The diamond we had chosen was no longer available so Peter reached out and helped us pick out an even more beautiful replacement that was a bit more expensive than the original, but for the inconvenience, he price matched it to the original! After that everything flowed smoothly. I had a couple of minor tweaks that I wanted on the original design from the website, and Peter was so accommodating and quick to reassure me they could be done. I can’t stop staring at the rings, and I’m so happy we went with Raad Jewelers! Highly recommend.

Raad Jewelers made the whole process extremely easy and helped me to pick out the best ring. They even translated specifications from another jeweler where my girlfriend had tried on a ring she liked. I received constant updates with pictures and even videos of the progress of the ring which was shipped straight to my home within a very reasonable time. All of this for a very competitive price. I highly recommend Raad Jewelers to anyone looking to buy an engagement ring!

I had Raad Jewelers custom-make an engagement ring, and the experience was fantastic. The final ring turned out beautifully and was also delivered on time, just as promised. The team at Raad is incredibly professional and clearly knows their stuff when it comes to engagement rings. We handled most of the design process over email, which worked well. That said, if you’re unsure about any design details or have a LOT of questions (like me), I recommend scheduling a call. I found that speaking with them directly allowed me to pick their brains about ring design, and it also made the whole process feel much less stressful. They were thorough, patient, and answered everything clearly. If you're planning to create a custom ring, I recommend collecting reference photos that showcase design elements you like. It also helped to have a lot of specifications decided beforehand (like stone color, carat, clarity, cut, ring size, material, etc). This made it much easier to communicate what I was envisioning. It’s also worth spending time browsing Raad’s website where they have a ton of beautiful, premade designs can serve as a great starting point or inspiration. All in all, custom designing an engagement ring can be a daunting process, but Raad made it approachable and enjoyable all for a reasonable price. I'm beyond happy with the result, and I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service, beautiful custom ring!

I stumbled onto Raad Jewelers from a Reddit post and I am so glad I did! I had an idea of the setting I wanted, but didn’t see anything similar enough on their website. But they had a diamond I feel in love with and kept going back too. Eventually, I sent a chat and asked if it would be possible. I saw that they do customs, but I wasn’t sure how the process would work and really didn’t want it to be overly time consuming. I sent a picture of my idea and had a quote the same day. So easy! They kept in contact during the entire process and I was blown away at how seamless they made the process. I felt included in all the fun parts of the process, but not overwhelmed. Everything was explained in a way that someone, like me, who doesn’t know the ins and out of jewelry was able to confidently follow. It almost felt too good to be true but then the ring arrived and it was GORGEOUS. I cannot thank them enough for their wonderful customer service and excellent craftsmanship ship. I only wish I would have found them sooner and saved myself months of feeling like I would have to settle.

This company was truly amazing. I felt as if my needs were put above the company trying to make more money from me as a client. I was updated every step of the way. I will refer you guys to everyone I know who will begin the journey to buying a ring.
