Amazing prices but you sacrifice nothing compared to other companies. The staff I spoke to were beyond helpful and were willing to go out of their way to assist in any way possible. I was made aware of every single step in the process, shown images of the renders, a video of the diamond, and a video of the completed ring. The timeline was made very clear to me and they did not stray away from it at all. I would recommend a million times over!

Peter is fantastic to work with! He has made me multiple custom rings at an amazing price, quick shipping, and great attention to detail. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

This ring is beautiful. I had a my ring customized with a mixed setting and a quarter size (6.25). It came out perfect. My fiancé loved it… it’s exactly what she wanted! I would 100% recommend using Raad Jewelers, 10/10! (also s/o to Adam for the great communication).

First off, Raad Jewelers makes beautiful jewelry. I wanted to purchase an engagement ring. The online purchase process was straight forward and seamless. The CSR's I worked with were polite, informative, and helpful. Peter Raad was kind, detailed and attentive. The emailed videos of my setting, the diamond, and the finished ring were extraordinarily helpful in assisting me through each step of the process. When I received my ring it was simply stunning. My experience with Raad Jewelers has been wonderful and I can emphatically recommend them.

I could not speak highly enough of your company and will forever suggest and recommend you to anybody who will listen. Your selection, communication, presentation, and ability to accommodate are second to none. I truly appreciate everything you did to help us. The engagement ring and wedding band look gorgeous together and we have you to thank for that!

Great customer service. Rushed my order to make sure I had it on time.

Easy to work with custom design. Helpful in picking out a diamond within a price range that suites our wants.
