I bought 2times the Same thing due to a problem in the site, they canceled 1 and Said that they put the Money on my account but they did not it .I noticed them a few Times but no answer and no Money

Dreadful Customer service. Not willing to supply any details that Customs are requesting so i can return the glasses. I’m guessing if it is made difficult for a return..they don't have to refund the original purchase price

My father ordered these polaroid glasses from their store for $60+ (apparently it was half off). When it arrived, it felt and looked like something you can purchase from the Dollar store. I ended up finding him a lot better quality on Amazon - ones that comes with cases and straps for $18-$35 CAD. My father requested the return address, and the one that they provided is to a dropshipping warehouse called Wiio in China. You can easily find similar or same products on Amazon (with a lot better quality , quick shipping and easy returns - rather than having to ship the product back to China, excellent customer service ) than shop from R3viewblog. The return address my father received was : 3rd Floor, Building 4, Qianglin Yuntong Warehouse Park, No. 22 Street, Qiantang New District, Hangzhou, China zip code: 31000. Upon entering the return the address online , it keeps saying "incorrect address." I have tried numerous times. I also noticed that there have been quite a few of people asking online to verify the same address. I had asked for assistance if R3viewblog could verify the address/ recipient name/ city/ province and all they said was that the address is correct. They have been the least helpful. I would not recommend shopping from them.

I would not deal with these again so be warned. I can’t write any lower than a 1 or I would. I paid £119.98 for max vision military sunglasses which looked nice on the advert. When they arrived they are cheap and nasty and not value for money. I have asked for the refund plus my postage as it’s a quality issue and not value for money. They are cheap plastic and not as advertised. They have said they will refund me but not the postage even though it’s their product that is not up to standard. I would not trust them not to fall apart and definately would not rely on them for the uv protection. Our military would laugh if they were presented to them for use but the advert says the military use them! The annoying thing is that the returned parcel is being held in Chinese airport customs and looks like I will get a customs duty charge. Really bad experience and the bank have been no help. Avoid at all costs. Tracking has shown delivery so now I’m being ghosted.

This company is offering 2 x Mega Cloud 2TB USB 3.0 Flash Drive Memory Sticks for £59.00. They imply this is half the normal price of £118.00. I would not pay such a high price when similar top branded memory sticks are sold for around £8.00 each. Beware!
