STAY AWAY!!! Product claim is one size fits all, it doesn’t. Even though the product was shipped from an address in New Jersey, you have to ship and pay for the return to a factory in China before they will consider processing a credit. So the reality is you are stuck with the purchase.

I strongly recommend that you do not purchase any product from R3view. Their aftermarket service is not existent and they do not care, saying your product is with the courier and to contact them. Unfortunately the courier is as useless as R3view noting that the product which we purchased is still in transit, but it has landed in Australia over 50 days ago.!!!

Another piece of junk. Purchased 2, 4 weeks to deliver. One works, the other doesn't. Finally replaced, the same, won't work unless attached to charger. Don't buy, they are garbage.

Like the other post, the comms sounds Aussie, but then...look online and all you find is empty spanish-language nonsense. I ordered shades on 7.31.23. Its 8.8.23 and the usps tracking shows nothing but sitting in Queens NY. unchanged since day 1. The $ is grabbed quickly though! I better get my cc changed fast. Run, don't walk from this outfit. Maybe I'll actually receive on 14th as it now says today. Maybe unicorns and fairies are real too. ps- Dont buy those fake-written positive reviews above. So made up.

Ordered from what appeared to be an Australian company. Email communication all had an Australian vibe. Tracking info originally was from Mexico but was accurate. When they arrived were far too big for me. Problems arose when trying to return for refund. Address is a warehouse in China. Won't give me a recognisable email address or a mobile number which couriers need for customs which means they may not get delivered so I wouldn't get a refund. I'll have to try to sell them on at a loss. Supports themselves seem to be good quality and well made. Don't use this company.....not what they seem to be.

I purchased a ‘Smart Torch’ for $59 AU and received after waiting 3 weeks. I was very disappointed with the product as it looks like a flimsy plastic toy from a $2.00 shop in Australia. It definitely does not shine 40 times brighter as advertised and will not charge. False advertising for an expensive fake product. Also any correspondence is always in Mexican which I cannot understand but funnily was advertised in English. FAKE FAKE FAKE unless by mistake they sent me the wrong product.

The SuperSaw has made gardening so much easier for me. Its compact design and efficiency are impressive.
