My pensioner mother ordered a pair of shoes which arrived not as described. Cheap tat. I came to her house as there was no way to return them, but their emails have no company number. I spoke with their dispatch company, Trackerley, who said they did not care a pensioner was scammed. Disgraceful company, avoid at all costs. We will recover our money one way or another.

If I could have given them a minus starring I would have . I bought the sandals in good faith but this company does not reciprocate

Bought a pair of sandals from this company which were not as advertised and very cheap plastic. I cannot return them as they won't answer my emails. Do not buy from this scam company. A Brown

I ordered the sunglasses. They do not even cover my eyes. I have been sending e-mails to find out how to return them. They told me to give them all of my bank account information including the account number and routing number. How stupid do they think people are? I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau, but it won't help. I'll have to eat the $100.00. Stay away from these scammers!!!!!

Ive paid for the order for Power Knee Elite - Buy One Get One (2 Pcs) (UK) on September 2023. Ive sent several times enquiries , when I'll receive my order. No answer. They're scanners.

Still waiting for my refund. Purchased knee braces from them in July, on the advertisement there was nothing about sizing, so the arrived and didn't fit from my emails to them it looks like they arrived promptly. It then took4 emails over 10 days to get mediums that where loose getting sizing information was impossible. So to get a refund I returned everything to China as directed. It has been in China since the beginning of October and not moved not the companies fault but the complete and utter lack of response is their fault. If you get what you want first go then they are probably good but if you need customer service your toast.
