The product is really good but it did not come with any other stuff to help apply the protector. No wipes to clean the screen or alignment kit to help with installation

Lack of instructions in English didn’t help. It didn’t say in the address that you have to pay back of your phone. And no way would mine hold firm as that in the advertisement.

Product arrived not the one I ordered I got a plain white one. No option to contact them off the site I ordered had to do it through PayPal

I was very surprised as I had expected non delivery or something arriving being broken, it arrived well packaged and in working order and even looks good. Their customer service is where they fall done massively. Their emails are very unprofessional and the tracking number they sent was unknown by all the delivery companies. So it screams scam.

My Order was Delivered to the wrong Address

I like the product. , however it’s a lot heavier than I was given to understand by the advertisement and thicker hence only 3 stars

I was disappointed because I ordered a grey speaker but instead they sent a white one. But what annoyed me the most was the cable. Not only it is very short, but it does not work. It does not charge the speaker nor the mobile.

I haven't received any updates what so ever about arrival time for the camera, the company should give regular updates of when is the camera coming.
