I have used Quizlet in the past but hate that they push paid study sets on me and there is no way to dismiss them so every time I search for or open a new set I am given the same Pearson diagnostic quiz and study set offer. I am not paying $99 for some study cards and I am tired of being asked. Ugh! They have sold out! Not cool.

I'm a Spanish teacher have used the site for some time. Se site has many advertisements. It's up to them to refund you for a service you no longer want or plan to use. I won't be using this service in the future. The new textbook on line have a feature of flash cards with audio and video.

I've used Quizlet for years as a teacher and loved it. I could have students complete "match",for example, 15 times and under progress I could see that. They no longer record the number of times it was done. Tech support was like, we don't plan on changing it back. You guys just ruined the site for teachers. I've always paid, but now I don't even want it for free.

They were such a great resource for students... such a shame that they have become an impossible page to be on! Too many adds and super slow!

The app is full of bugs. The offering is good, but when you start using you experience many bugs. 1- Images doesnt upload 2- Doesnt remeber card. imagine you have 200 words, and you learn 150 words and take a break. when you go back you have to start at one 3- size of the card is small 4- They doesn't fix bugs and worst dont reply

I got a charge on my credit card on 4-26-20 for 23.88 then another on 5-02.20 for 23.8i and another charge of a different amount within a few weeks of these charges. I tried to dispute but they say I have two different accounts in two different user names. I just contacted my bank for a fraud report and closed my card. Just sketchy to me. These guys probably take advantage of college students.

Charged for at whole year. You're not able to contact them in any way as they do not have a customer service.

Their platform uses purposefully confusing and ambiguous language to make you think you'll need a subscription in order to use any of it. I can't support their shiftiness around money. Subscriptions wouldn't be such a wrong thing if they don't use deceptive design to trick people into buying it. They fool you out of your money! They hide the prices and the whole option of using the site without any trials or subscriptions so you think you NEED to apply. Once they get your card info, boom! Bank charges galore. I'm still working with the bank for my money back. Beware of shifty companies like this!
