Whoever decided that you have to pay for really basic options needs to get a pay cut because how am I supposed to study now? I hate this website bro

My friends and I used to love this website and would use it to study all the time! However, now that the most basic tools (learn and test) are subscription-only, the website has become useless. Such a shame, it was a fantastic resource for teachers and students.

Quizlet was well for a while until they put popular choices in Quizlet Plus. That's where it went downhill. So what's next? The matching game would be put in Quizlet Plus. Hope not.

I loved quizlet until the company made the horrible business decision to make their most popular features a paid subscription. What in the world?? The CEO (if that’s the person who made the final decision) is an absolute idiot. I will never be paying for quizlet because they are so clearly a sleazy company.

i don't have a lot of time, so i will keep this brief. for all intensive purposes, it is a very good site.. for the first few days of its existence. that was before they put ads in, and would ask you to pay for quizlet plus to get rid of them. i didn't mind that too much, except that they would constantly ask for me to update in my gmail. great. and now its the last straw. the most useful aspect of this website, called learn, has been handicapped. i was 20 percent done with my psychology stuff before i got hit with a paywall. that's right, a LEARNING website that is specifically recommended by most of my teachers removed its best feature because their money is more important that being a reputable website. you guys do realise that the main selling point of your website is that it helps people learn, and that its free, right? i've seen the ads. the only other website that is more exploitive of the students who use it is grammarly, but that is an achievement at the same level of impressiveness as winning in a footrace against an infant. a very expensive, annoying infant. you have 1 star for a reason quizlet, and the reason why is because you instantly decimated the accessibility of your website to the majority of those who use it, which by the way, is the average age of 13-19, including college people who already have to pay for expensive books they won't need. the one saving grace that stops this terrible website from being 1 star is because by copy and pasting multiple of the same template information, i can learn it all. i shouldnt have to do acrobatics to get through this. the most i can hope for in making this rating is that someone who designed this new strategy for moneymaking sees this comment, and goes to bed a little bit sadder because some random 15 year old had to spend 3 times as much effort on something that was once quite easy. i would tell you to do better, but writing a comment does the same amount of impact to a company as squirting a super soaker at the sun. i'm sick of this.

Wat een onzin, ik gebruik deze site nu al jaren om woordjes te leren voor Duits, Frans etc. Een tijdje lang heb ik de site niet meer gebruikt (ivb met vakantie), nu kost opeens bijna alles geld.

ridiculous that they would make STUDENTS pay for a studying tool. they are scamming students trying to study for tests. quizlet is not made for the benefit of students, just money hungry freaks
