Quizlet: Digital flashcards and online study toolsReviews of quizlet.com

Magic notes blacklist sensitive language. Fails to generate and does not return a specific error message. Unusable for historical information. Contacted support; they took a week to respond and were clueless and unhelpful. The website frequently fails to load fully, or takes an excessive amount of time to load.

They charged me a 2nd year and then would not refund though I had cancelled the service before it renewed. I do not know how it became "uncancelled."

If I could I would give them a zero. I am a teacher. Somehow a school account from my former school system was left active. I left the state and therefore the job, rightfully so the school district disabled my email. For the past 2 years, quizlet has charged me a yearly fee via Apple Pay. I am not even sure how my personal Apple Pay was connected to this account. They refused to reimburse me. Although there is no way to access the account because the email doesn’t exist and no one can reset the password. 75+ bucks flushed down the toilet for a dummy account. Bad business!!!

It sucks, the ads make my laptop lag like every couple of minutes and these money hungry swines think I want to pay for this mediocre bs 'study tool'.

The 7 days free trial is completely BS. You can get a free trial, but only if you pay for at least one month. That's the first BS, the second is when you try to end the subscription. Lack of information and too many options make it impossible to navigate around the site.

Quizlet used to be good, back around 2020. But since then, they've started to limit free users' experience.

I found wrong items on some of the decks, so I looked for a way to report it, but there isn’t a way. They state, “Most of the content on Quizlet was created by students and teachers for personal use. Because of this, you may come across some typos or errors. If you notice that a set you want to study has errors, you can make your own copy and edit it before studying the material. We understand that this isn't the ideal solution because it doesn't let people know about mistakes in their sets or prevent others from studying material with errors. Our team takes content quality seriously…” If they took it seriously, they’d fix errors instead of allowing thousands of people to be misguided. Don’t give money to a company who obviously doesn’t care.

I’ve paid for Quizlet - what a waste of money and time. It’s bloated, overloaded with different options, impossible to navigate easily and incomprehensible.
