Nous avons souscrit un abonnement payant auprès de cette entreprise. Il prélève notre carte bancaire annuellement et ne donne pas la possibilité de vous désabonner. Nous n'utilisons plus leurs services mais il continue à prélever les frais annuellement. C'est une véritable arnaque.

Be very careful with this company, they took money from me for a subscription even though I no longer use them and when I raised an issue with paypal, the case was refused because Quizlet claim they have delivered the product! This is a horrendous company with no way of contacting their customer service, everything is done through bots. They automatically renewed my son's one year subscription without his knowledge or my approval as account holder and took money from my credit card despite never using the account. They refuse to refund, even though many reputable companies will refund when they have automatically opted you in and extended the subscription without your knowledge. This is not a reputable company and should be avoided otherwise it will be a very costly experience.

Ten eerste vind ik de uitspraak voor Duitse woordjes afzichtelijk. Ten tweede kan je niet op een goede manier leren zonder te betalen. Als je geen abonnement hebt kan je enkel de kaarten écht goed gebruiken. Ik vind dat Quizlet daar dringend iets aan moet doen. Is leren enkel voor rijke mensen? De gemiddelde student (al dan niet met een job) kan die extra kosten echt niet gebruiken. Over het algemeen vind ik het een handig leermiddel als ik toegang zou hebben tot meer dan enkel de flash cards. Soms vind ik het moeilijk zaken terug te vinden en vind ik het nogal onoverzichtelijk. Ik hoop dat Quizlet mijn kritiek ten harte neemt en hier iets aan doet. Ik deel deze mening met veel medeleerlingen dus doe er aub iets aan!
