No refund for items not as described
I purchased two herb stripper pots which they portray as being handmade. Delivery was longer than expected and the company did not respond to my email of where my order was. The website says you can contact them by phone but despite the blurb for their opening hours there is no telephone number. I have asked if I can return the pots as they are clearly not handmade and the finish does not resemble that shown in the photos on the website. I have been offered 20% then 30% discount to keep them but I want to return them. They are now saying that I must ship them to China by recorded delivery for a refund and that will likely cost around $30 ( not sure where they get dollars from as I am in the UK). On the website it says 100% risk free purcase as if you are not happy they will offer a replacement or refund. Clearly not true. Avoid this company!
