AVOID! This company is mis-selling its products
DO NOT BUY - AVOID! Like numerous other people, I was mis-sold the items. The advert was untruthful as it led me to believe that I was buying from a UK craftsman who had to stop making these because of injury. I am embarrassed that I fell for this trick - in truth, no craftsman, no injury, no ceasing of production, it’s all a con. The items are not made from silver cutlery. They are predominantly made from very badly-soldered ‘cutlery’ shapes stamped out from sheets of metal. I quote from the advert “This charming robin is hand-carved from recycled forks and spoons, capturing its iconic "red breast" silhouette with a gleaming polish that will never fade.” The pieces are incredibly poor quality. There are metal spikes sticking out, tines of the ‘forks’ are bent, the soldering is rough and lumpy and the painting of the red breast is child-like in its appearance. As I suspected, there was no “full refund”. I was offered a full refund if I paid postage costs which they estimated at $20. I would therefore only receive 50% of the price I paid. I used Chargeback and got the money back from my credit card company. I bought replacement robins from a reputable UK company.
