QuikShip TonerReviews of quikshiptoner.com

They are a rip-off charging people's cards and not delivering any product. The order doesn't even show on the account when you log in. They took the money and ran. Do not do business with them. They don't answer your calls or emails. They all need to be arrested and put in jail.

They took my money and never sent the product. I tried and tried to get in touch with them. They ignored my emails and would never pick up the phone.

Ordered a single black toner cartridge on 12/31/2023. I received an email telling me that QuikShip Toner received the order. The web site claimed that there were over 100 in stock. It has been almost four weeks and I am still waiting for the item to ship. I would stay away. Buy from a different company, and look for reviews on that company before you place your order. I wish I had.

Ordered toner, they charged card. Been trying to get ahold of someone,no person answers.. bad for business. Have notified.card company and going to notify attorney general in ohio.. this is not a way to run a business,no contact...

I've been ordering from this company for a few years, and have always received excellent service. Products arrived on time and were good quality. However, something is "way off". I've been attempting throughout December, 2023, to place an order. No one picks up the phone even when called at different hours on multiple days, and when leaving a message the call is never returned. I've also sent emails with no response. I'm wondering if this company is going out of business or lost its employees. It's January, and I will now be ordering from one of their competitors.

Their customer service consists of never answering the phone unless you are buying. Used the ink once and not impressed with the cartridge quality.

I have been ordering Ink from this company for years. It has been very reliable until my last order. I place my order and expected my delivery a few days later. However, It did not come, I attempted to chat on line, I was surprise, Chat was not available. I send a message, they did not respond. I called for days, morning and afternoons, finally someone pick up, he said the black toner was out of stock. I told him to send me the toners that were on stock and back order the black. He told me that he will send it immediately and will send me the tracking number by email. Never received the tracking number and I have not been able to reach anyone since then. I read the reviews, I wish that I had read them before placing my order. PLEASE BEWARE.

I ordered black toner. It took almost two weeks to receive my order. It was wrong. They sent me cyan. I called and they apologized and verified that they showed I ordered black and said they would send the black. Two weeks later, another cyan showed up. I called again, went through the same procedure of verifying black. Almost two weeks later, for the third time, I received cyan instead of black. I disputed the charge with my Citi credit card. They said they would check into it. I just found out that Citi is siding with Quikship and is not going to refund my money. Now I have to follow up disputing with Citibank and also Quickship. I would never order from this company again.
