Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered a knife about a year ago and had to return it because of some marks on the blade when it was new in box. I recently tried to place an order (a year later) and they canceled my order and said they refuse to sell me a knife because of my previous return. I’m sorry, the return that was your fault??? I have never once worked with a company so ignorant and rude to their customers. Sure the knives are nice, but I refuse to ever deal with them again. Absolute joke of a company. Your customers are the ones that give you money qc, treat them like people.

Great knife and great customer service I've been carrying my Quiet Carry Drift for over two years and it's been an excellent EDC knife. Great size, very comfortable in hand, smooth action and excellent overall build quality. Recently I noticed a crack in the titanium lock-side frame. The knife had never been dropped or abused, so I contacted Quiet Carry to ask about it. I was really impressed with how they handled the situation. They took the issue seriously, were very helpful and worked with me to find a solution, even though I'm located in the Czech Republic. It's great to see a company that stands behind its products and actually cares about its customers. I can definitely recommend Quiet Carry. Great knives and excellent customer service. QC is now threatening to get back at my work if I do not stop ask questions about my delivery. How sick can you get as a company? No refund, no service. Totally nothing! Money gone! Do not do business with these total morons!

I ordered a shorty with knife blade and they sent me one with the wrong blade. Easy exchange right? No, they refused to exchange it without charging me, so I canceled the order and made it a return. Then I found one used. Fine until I lost a screw, which is proprietary, so I asked how to replace the screw -- no response. Apparently I am on some list now after their error.

Horrible customer service. Expensive and rude, not a good combination.

Ordered 4 products from Quiet Carry to Canada so far and extremely happy and impressed with their knives and fast hassle free shipping by DHL. Customer service was very responsive and will definitely order again in the future.

I ordered "the drift," aka KNSWSA, in Vanax SuperClean steel for $305 and was super excited about this knife with the Vanax blade. It came fairly sharp. However, I used 4-5 high-grade wet stones and got the knife ridiculously sharp. It was my EDC for about two weeks until I noticed some discoloration of the blade. What happened to the claim of "All components are made to withstand extreme corrosion, making this knife nearly rust-proof." Well, that's a good question. I emailed them 2x and never heard anything. Not even a simple reply of, "Sorry you're screwed." Nope, not a single reply. They don't stand behind their products and have zero-customer service. I will NEVER EVER buy another knife from Quiet Carry--and I'm a knife guy. Learn from my mistake; don't waste your money. If you want a knife that's quality and supported by a company that stands by its product--keep looking--you don't find it with Quiet Carry! Stick with the knife brands you know that have supported customers for years!

Great product (Ti Q3 Tool blade), nice crafmanship. I received the wrong item (blade version) but they sent me another tool-blade for FREE ! I guess their customer service gets better and better. Keep on taking care of your clients. I will order again.
