Ordered September 18th. Called to find out where package was on September 26th, they said they forgot to print and would get it out. No rush, no like hey we will get it out overnight today nothing. Then the following week now the 2nd of October and it just shipped today, with an arrival of October 7th. What a joke, and they don’t even care that they dropped the ball.

Your transfers peeled off I have talked to someone in the company and nothing's been accomplished I'm out over $100 very unsatisfied with my last two orders

Sorry to hear you've experienced problems with the application of your transfers! If transfers are peeling off it means that your heat press element is going out AND/OR your heat press is not applying enough pressure. I recommend testing your heating element with a heat gun ensure the temperature matches the temperature displayed on the Heat Press. Second make sure the pressure is set to 60-80 PSI. If your heat press doesn't allow you to change the pressure I would recommend investing in a press that does or you may continue to experience issues applying transfers. We would be happy to send you some more Transfers to help you test these settings out and get back going :)
