I wish I could rate 0 stars. This was the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life. They are an absolute joke. They NEVER return calls, I have tried so many times to reach their "escalations" department and I have yet to speak with someone. They have no accountability what so ever, they messed up my entire account and failed to provide crucial information numerous amounts of times and that led to a higher bill for me to pay. I waited 2 weeks, calling DAILY for a resolution before I had my rescheduled uninstall appointment and never heard from anyone. This wasn't even the only issue Ive had. They have sent me to locations that aren't even associated with them anymore and I wasn't called back for that either. I ended up being locked out due to their scheduling mistakes. Then I never received a SCHEDULED call for a lock out code to make it to the rescheduled appointment AGAIN.

some one didn't properly set up my installation in the computer system. when i got locked out, the tech person could not overide it due to this. it was after business hours to whatever department he needed to have assistance with. he said the update could take up to 2 days. i had to leave my car at work overnight. i did call aaa to see if they could tow it to my house, but they said they can't tow interlock cars because it could do damage, to the device or the car. the next morning i went back to my car. when i finally got a hold of someone on the phone good news the update was taken care of. but the device still had issues. it took over 2 hours, which included hold time on the phone, and talking to a tech person on the phone. they could not fix the issue. the third tech person told me i would have to tow it to a quickstart site. and i could not remove the device. or call back and schedule an appoiontment for someone to come to the car and look at it. after being on hold for another 10 minutes or so, i hung up, had family drive me down to the quickstart site. lucklily it was only a mile away. i was able to get right in. told them what was going on. he looked into my file. he asked if i had the device with me. i said no. i was told i could not remove it. he had a confused look. he said i was able to remove it for this matter because he needs to see what was going on with it. i brought the device back. what happened was after my calibration that was just a few days before, it never rest. it kept the 1/30 date. the lady who was there when i got it calibrated said that day when i was in, she had computer issues off and on. evenutally it got fixed. the first tech guy mentioned i should check to see if i can get some kind of compesnation for their mistake. i asked another tech guy this morning and he said i will have to contact the customer service department. he was the third and last person to help me. he also told me his timelimit was up on helping me with this issue. damien was his name. the second girl who tried to help me was lori. carlos was the first person i talked i talked to. he was helpful, despite not being able to do anything. he sent an email to the department to get my file updated to the correct people.

The shop has one nice worker the manager is a a hole though and the device absolutely sucks and the company. I can never ever get through to anyone when I call. I lost my job my son missed school because I have been locked out of my car I want the device removed but it cost to much if I take it put before 6 months this is the worst interlock device ever.

They had my card for autopay but they would never charge at the 14days they would charge sometimes on 14days sometimes later then charge me fees, at one point my machine wouldnt accept my blows it locked me out i took it to get serviced was advised i would not be charged the 75$ fee as they could clearly see i was there blowing into the machine. About 2 weeks later they charged me $55 claiming it was for the reboot because i failed to blow correctly and it was user error. They claim they send me an invoice after every charge i have never received one. They claim the reason i have different amounts being charged to my card is because of fees associated with late payments when they are suppose to be autodrafting every 2wks. I advised i need proof my bank declined charge they said the proof is the charge wasnt made on the 14days due date, i explained that doesnt mean my bank declined the payment therefore they cant charge me late fees if they are failing to charge every 14days.I have been calling and emailing and they just keep giving me the run around.

My interlock locked on me for no reason and when I attempted to call Quickstart customer service to unlock my device I was on hold for more than three hours. It was so long that the shops that fix and install Quickstart ignition interlocks closed in my city, and I had to leave my car in the parking lot of a business and attempt to call and get it unlocked the next day where I was on hold for another hour and a half until someone finally answered then it became more of an inconvenience for me when they finally unlocked it to then take it to the quick start ignition interlock shop and wait another almost 2 hours for them to reprogram it because other peoples devices had problems as well

Worst experience EVER. I initially had an appointment on Friday to get an install. The customer rep took down the car information & set up the appointment. I arrive to the location just for them to take the car back for the install and then come out shortly after telling me they cannot complete the installation because the car has hybrid features and they cannot get the engine to stop, so I had to leave. I called the Customer Service line to request a new appointment with a different car and they set me up for the next day at the North Phoenix location. I arrive and the employee was confused because his schedule was blocked off as the installer was not in and he told me I shouldn’t have been scheduled as they do have the installer available, so they stated to go back to the West Phoenix location and they’ll give me a $200 credit for the inconvenience. I go back to the West Phoenix location, they install it, everything is good. Come to find out the West Phoenix locations system is down however they didn’t advise me of that. They told me on Monday. I will be able to go to the DMV to get my license. I go to the DMV Monday to get my license reinstated and they tell me they don’t have any updates from the service shop of it being installed. I called the customer service line again and they tell me there’s no record of it being installed this went on for days. I’ve made several phone calls. throughout the phone calls I’ve made I’ve been transferred to different departments, calls been disconnected. No resolution has been provided. I finally get a representative that sounds like they know what they’re talking about and she tells me all I have to do is go back to the location that did the install and she’s noted the account with what needs to be done. Tuesday I go to shop and let them know the situation and they tell me they can’t do anything and I need to call this number so they can do a manual push through for the install. I called customer service on hold for an hour and still no one picks up. I end up getting through on their chat service. The representative I spoke to on the chat was such an douche and and incompetent lacked any sympathy of the whole situation. Come to find out he tells me no that’s the problem you have to go to this company where this other company they’re not related. I go back into the shop and they tell me no you have to tell them you’re Quickstart under LifeSafer. So I start a new chat and let the new representative know what they said, they tell me no they can’t do what i’m being told to have them do because it’s not showing a device installed. I need to go in and ask them to run the installation service again. I go in and tell them they tell me no they cannot do because their services are down. I relay that information to the chat agent, and they tell me they cannot do anything on their end that the shop will need to rerun the installation service and then I will be set up. Mind you, this has been ongoing since the past Saturday. At that time, I just requested them to remove the device so I can do my business elsewhere. No one picks up the phone, no sense of urgency towards your situation, and no one cares. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND LIFESAFER/QUICKSTART TO ANYBODY!!!

Lied. Over charged me by $600 . Scam, stay away

Since my last experience with Quickstart interlock company, Nothing has changed. This is due to basic things like they do not have a customer service representative online or over the phone to help you ASAP. Like I said before Quickstart only has agents readily available when they are selling the interlock gadget but do not have readily available agents when you need a one time code to take your car to their shop for calibration. The process sucks and this is why?. When you make a call you have 1(one) options and the only option. One is either you wait on the call which can be several hours on hold and on which the call will disconnect automatically after several hour on hold not minutes am talking about hours. Second option is you press number 8 for a call back and on which it can be days. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY THAT CARES,THEIR SOL PURPOSE IS MONEY. If you had a Dui and the MVD/DMV tells you get an interlock. Quickstart interlock will frustrate you to the core. Avoid such hardships and hustle because you are already Dealing with Mvd and you do not need more stress. AVOID THEM RUN AWAY from QuickStart interlock. LOOK FOR BETTER COMPANIES.
