The staff here is amazing. They really go over and beyond to walk you through this whole process and understand that life happens. I'm extremely grateful that I chose to go with this company. Their compassion alone says enough! My best advice is don't drink and drive but if you happen to find yourself in this situation I can't recommend this company enough!

Then yesterday I reached back out to her and she took the time to help me again and get me what I wanted price wise and location wise!! I am just trying to get a release form that shows I had an interlock device for 2 years and taken off. I didn't know it would be impossible. I can't get my license until getting this information. Only one that has it I can't get it from. *(Update)---- This review is specifically for Scarlett who called me not only once but twice right away. She is humanized this whole situation. The company had a merge. I am assuming she is part of the new merge. Solely based on her professionalism and immediate response to resolve this situation after being at the end of my rope

Jennifer Lynch in Customer Service took personal charge of a billing challenge and handled all of it in a remarkably professional and timely fashion.
