This is a follow up from my previous one. Since I have received my medical Marijuana approval. I applied for a position that required further documentation concerning my medical Marijuana usage. Nurse Hayward refused to provide me with the information that I needed to safely start work. My purpose of this comment it to let you know that once you have been approved, don't expect any type necessary paperwork to be filled out for any reason. Even for employment purposes. Basically they only want your money!
