The Dr's visit was quick and easy as I expected. Having epilepsy for years made the qualifying easy. I was having issues loading the Dr's referral into the State website. I called them and within 10 minutes had a callback from a very helpful rep. I had the paperwork submitted within minutes with his help. A very happy customer.
