Hi Kevin, We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and would like to clarify a few important details. The fee paid through QuickMedCards covers your evaluation with a licensed medical professional. State application fees are separate and paid directly to your state’s medical marijuana program—we do not collect or control those charges. The doctor cannot submit the patient's side of the application for three reasons. First, the patient's application to the state medical marijuana program requires the patient to enter their email address as their username and then to verify it via an email sent to the patient's inbox, which the doctor does not have access to. Second, due to the state tax/fee on patients, the patient's debit or credit card must be given to the state, which is secure information only the patient has. Third, there are additional documents that legally must be provided by the patient to finalize the application before you will receive another email from the state about the confirmation of your registry card.
