Don't waste your time or money. Go with professional because its actually cheaper and no suprise fees
I have been back and forth with them for two years. They keep changing drs dont put my pickup person on for an entire years almost and then when I ask for them to do that since it wasnt done they try to charge for what they forgot, then dont give full refund when they are wrong and blame it on third party fees. I told them just give me a full refund because this is unprofessional and so they hurried and got me certied for the wrong amount of millegrams so Looks as if we have to take them to small claims court and wait another year and not fill any scripts this year (meaning going on two years without my meds professionally) until we can get re certified, because they have me blocked up for this year yet again. Trust me, just dont get caught in the money web!!!! then next thing you know your playing email and phone tag all while they are tryingto establish a way to avoid giving me a refund. I have never had so many problems with a company before especially one im paying so much to be a part of the club so to speak. I was too nice too long now we are gonna have to go to court. I will file a complaint everyday until I get our refund. Don't waste your time save your money and go to texas original providers. Once you get to thier website they have reliable providers. Try them out. Texas original ❤️ avoid the hassle

Hi Sophia,
We’re really sorry for the frustration and back-and-forth you’ve had to deal with. We understand why this has been upsetting, especially with concerns around provider changes, pickup-person updates, certification details, refunds, and communication.
Because your account involves private medical information, we're not able to get into the specifics here, but we do want to address a few things directly. Certification details, including allotment amounts are determined by the licensed healthcare provider based on their clinical assessment and program guidelines. That's a decision our team isn't able to override, but we do want to make sure everything was handled correctly on our end.
We'd genuinely like the chance to review what happened, answer your remaining questions about your certification, refund, or account, and make sure things are properly resolved for you.
Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] and we'll make sure the right person looks into this for you.

Prices quoted on their website are misleading and unsatisfactory customer service
Quote from website for Texas "The price of an appointment is based on the complexity of a patient’s case and the healthcare professional’s expertise and years of experience. The price ranges from as low as $45.00 to a max of $149.00" I shopped prices for competitors, and this range was the lowest I could find. I uploaded a concise information narrative about my wife's condition, length of disability, pain scale, treatment modalities and prescription medications attempted and activities of daily living that were impacted, everything that should make the physician's decision easy as far as meeting the criteria for Texas. We also submitted spinal x-rays complete with the radiologist's findings and diagnosis. With us providing everything we did, I was expecting to be paying an amount less than the maximum. We were charged $149. We waited in the virtual waiting room for around 25 minutes for the doctor's appearance. There was no interview. He asked for the last 5 digits of the social security number. There was no time to ask any questions before he signed off. We called later to add me as a care giver so I could pick up her medications for her if she wasn't feeling well. We were told there would be a $45 fee for doing the paperwork. Since the doctor was late for the appointment and spent less than 3 minutes with us, I didn't think it would be unreasonable to waive the fee. It appears the company is more concerned with maximizing profits and less about providing satisfactory customer service and transparency in pricing. If everyone in Texas is being charged $149 for a prescription, please don’t indicate that there is a price range, just say it’s $149

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling disappointed and frustrated. We understand why the pricing, wait time, and overall appointment experience did not meet your expectations, especially after the effort you put into preparing and submitting detailed information in advance.
Our goal is always to make the process as clear, respectful, and supportive as possible. While the fee charged was within the pricing range listed for Texas, we understand your concern that the expectations around pricing and additional services did not feel clear enough in your experience. We also regret that the appointment felt rushed and that you did not feel you had enough opportunity to ask questions.
We truly appreciate you raising these concerns, as feedback like this helps us identify where we need to improve communication and the patient experience. Because this is a public forum, we cannot discuss account-specific details here, but we invite you to contact our team directly at [email protected] so we can review your concerns further.

I paid to see a provider at 9am and provider never showed …
I paid to see a provider at 9am today and I've been a loyal customer for years. I clocked out of work and sat in my car at 8:58, logged in for my appointment and sat in the virtual waiting area until 9:45 a.m. I lost so many tips during that time. I reached out to them and let them know provider never showed up. Shortly after they sent my card, without seeing a provider. I asked for at least a partial refund but they replied the provider did show and she sent over my card. In Virginia im at least supposed to see a provider virtually to get my card. They said the provider saw me. I took screenshot s at different times to show I was in the waiting area. They responded after review they can't issue any type of refund.

Hi Angela,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear this experience was frustrating, especially when you had set aside time from work for your scheduled appointment. We take concerns about missed appointments and wait times seriously.
After reviewing the relevant records carefully, we were not able to confirm a provider no-show. Based on that review, we were unable to approve a refund. We understand that this may be disappointing, but we believe it is important to be accurate and transparent about the outcome of our review.
Because this is a public forum, we cannot discuss individual case details here. For further assistance, please contact our team directly at [email protected].
Sincerely,
