Previously wrote a review concerning the scam going on with this health Insurance co. Under the name of quick health, this is absolutely a scam apparently, according to them, our insurance was terminated weeks ago yet they are still trying to access money from our account. They’re constantly trying to pull money out. They’ve provided no health coverage whatsoever.!!! People do your research. We are now having to close our bank account due to this fraud.! I’ve contacted consumer affairs, Better Business Bureau, etc., to come to some resolution so this company can be under investigation! Scam!

This company and their staff should all go to jail for their lies . I have been waiting for 7 months for a refund. I don’t know how these reps work for company knowing they are swindling their customers. Hook and Bait is what the sales guys do Don’t trust Author who is the top guy he sells you the sky and delivers you dirt. Certainly he can’t fix any of your complaints when you have exhausted talking to every representative who is suppose to help you and promises they will take care of it-which they don’t write a negative review and they call you and promise to take care of everything if you remove your post. who the hell does that In y 40 years of working for Corporate America I have never dealt with such incompetence! I will say some of the reps were very nice, BUT no substance has come to fruition, so I take that as a driver from above to not resolve customers issues when it comes to getting your refund!

Since my last posting, Quickhealthcare, has fraudulently charged by CC for 3 additional unauthorized billings in the span of a few days, this in spite of being prepaid for months due to previous overbilling, that they have not yet resolved. Additionally, 2-3 months for which I paid coverage for were apparently not covered in any which way?? I reached out to the WHOLE TEAM at the beginning of July, and no one has had the courtesy to even get back to me, so criminal and intent to defraud charges are being filled this coming week.

this company has been taking my money for a premium in the amount of 131.98 for the past six months and I have been UNABLE to use it. Everytime I set an appointment for the dentist they tell me that my plan has been terminated. when I call quickhealth they inform me that my plan is active. There is some sort of glitch or issue on the end of quickhealth and they have failed to fix the problem for the past month now. This is my worst experience ever with any insurance company and I plan to let the go ASAP! horrible company and extremely bad customer service.

They charge me 3x in a month and they won't even answer a call

The public needs to be warned of this company. They stole $20,000 from my family. This company is loaded with very bad people who steal and defraud sick people who need medical coverage. I needed coverage for trulicity which is very expensive. This was my only requirement in medical coverage. I bought a 9k plan. Turns out the medicine was NOT covered. I called back to cancel then the employee Jesus, Tara, and Albert talked me into buying another policy. They said I couldn’t pay the difference but I had to buy the new policy in full and they would refund me the old policy. I paid another 9k but no refund came. They played games with the payments and got my bank account and credit cards on file. Turns out they took ACH transfers from my bank which is basically a money wire then they randomly took $1500 from my credit card which I have no receipts for and did not authorize. Altogether they took 20k and will NOT refund any of the money as promised. Here’s the kicker my new plan they scammed me to buy still does NOT cover the trulicty. As of today I been off my meds for 4 months and my health has seriously declined and I have no way to fix this. They took all my money and gave me horrible coverage. They company prays on good people just trying to take care of there family’s. This company is sick, the receptionist is extremely rude and has no sympathy for the scammed, she told me basically I should be happy with the coverage they gave me and I was ranting and raving. We are going through the steps now to report the company to the government and local authority’s. Follow up. Months later and this evil company still has my 20k and now I have no coverage . All I have is a RX discount card. Don’t let there little follow ups to negative reviews persuade you. It’s all lies. My insurance company “Optimed” refuses to do anymore business with Quickhealth so now I’ve had no insurance for months and my health has gotten very bad. Jesus and Albert ran a scheme on me and stole everything. Everyone needs to contact the attorney general for PA and NY file under medical fraud and there are investigators already working the case but more people need to join. Supposedly the employees who are knowing doing this will be help criminally responsible.

scam. canceled my policy within 24 hours and still haven't been refunded my money after countless attempts. Its been 7+ months now. If I could give 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY

I would give Quick Health Care a rating of: NEGATIVE 1000 stars!!!! !!!!!!! THIS IS A SCAM !!!!!!!!! They double billed us. We took out the policy in Sept 2023 for a 12 month policy. The billed us again Feb 2024. Bank of America was able to get out second billing back. Then in April the told us Cambridge is no longer available in our state but could switch us to OptiMed if we paid another $2,016 but promised an $1,800 refund from Cambridge. It’s been 3 months without any progress. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
