The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. Although when I tried to use the prescription card and it was not the $5 copay that I was quoted.

In July I spoke to an agent stating I needed to cancel my policy because of my new job w/benefits. I was thinking all was good. No it wasn’t another 3 month payment was withdrawn from me. I called about this and again was told it was being taken care of. After waiting again.. still no refund. I called again and was told the same thing again. Still no refund or call back about refund. Finally I was blessed to have an agent named Dezera Unger who truly listened to what I had to say. Let me vent about my frustrations and even offered to look at my bills that weren’t even covered by my policy to see if she could help get some of those cost down. I was so taken aback by her genuine concern for me. She really genuinely cared about getting this issue resolved and possibly helping with these bills. As we spoke about these issues she really surprised me by saying, “hey guess what? Your refund has just been issued!!!” I was like “What??? That’s amazing!!!” She was the blessing 🙏🙏🙏 I needed to get this resolved. Wow!!! Don’t know why I took 3 other agents to do what this amazing agent did in just 10 minutes of our conversation… KUDOS KUDOS KUDOS to you Dezera. You are truly a blessing and an asset to this company. You deserve to be a supervisor with a pay raise. Keep up the phenomenal job and thank you so much for taking my call.. Thank you Sincerely Jane Walters 🙏😀👍😀🙏
