Jessica found a statement for a payment I made. The call got dropped midway during the conversation. I thought I would have to call back tomorrow. I am so happy that she took the time to find the statement afterwards and forwarded to my email. SHE ROCKS.

Sorry for the 1st rating it was incorrect I give all 5's thanks to Tanya Hatmaker the Supervisor that took time with me and did a two way phone conconversation with the hospital and made sure the information coverage was correct and accepted by them
