I have been calling Quick Health with issues since December 2023. I have spoken to 4 different people almost every week since then. The wait time to get somebody was horrific but I persevered because I wanted my issues resolved. Today I got through, after holding for almost an hour, and spoke to Devon. He was courteous, extremely helpful in following up with my issues, and he is the first person I have talked to that gave me some confidence that my issues are being taken care of . Sherrill S Dixon

I canceled my policy after paying $3000 up front for a year, and waited 5 months for my reimbursement. It wasn’t until I received this survey with Dezera’s contact that it finally got resolved. Numerous people on your staff were no help. But Dezera helped me from her home in the midst of caring for her 2 sick children. She found the time and had it in her heart to help us. All the stars go to Dezera Unger
