Ashley was very professional in dealing with me. I ended up having to cancel my credit card because the company took money from my account without my authorization. She guaranteed me that this will not happen again.

Tara has always been a big help for me and my husband. It doesn't matter what we need when we call, she makes sure we recieve the best care possible. She has explained things multiple times, with no judgment, when we didn't understand. All of my questions got answered. If on the off chance she did not know the answer, she will either find out and let us know or point us in the right direction to find the answer.

Tonya, I upgraded my wife’s plan to a different coverage plan and there were several transition issues that needed to be addressed. Since I had worked with Tara successfully before and had her direct line I chose to contact her so that there was continuity with the customer service experience and I did not have to start from scratch. On a personal note Tara remembered my issues when I called to follow up and after our call on 2/14/2024 I am confident that all issues are resolved. She is polite, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and personable. A winning combination by any measure. Tara has the unique quality of seeing a customer support issue from the initial contact through to conclusion, providing complete customer satisfaction.
