I have been calling for months now to get my insurance refunded after being cancelled for over 5 months now. They have removed the option for them to call you back on their support line if it's too long, so you have to wait for nearly over 2 hours to get someone on the phone to tell you that their supervisor will call you back, then nothing happens. I have sent numerous emails to no response. They are impossible to get a hold of. This has been a horrible experience dealing with this unorganized, scammy, incompetent company. PLEASE CALL ME BACK OR ANSWER MY EMAILS. It's unbelievable I have to go to these lengths just to get my refund. I highly recommend not to get your insurance with this company unless you want to deal with this nonsense for months on end.

I have left two reviews now to no remedy. I have cancelled services and I was very worried I would end up like the people reviewing before having gotten charged for months on end after cancellation. It happened, I was charged for another month of service, the third time now in the span of a single month. I attempted to cancel and asked for a refund(to which I’ve gotten no word about) and got charged again. I’ve been charged 4 times for one month of service. FOUR TIMES. No word of a refund and I’ve contacted through calls and emails incessantly. Please, clients, reach out to me if you feel as frustrated and robbed as I do, I plan to take legal action in the near future against this thieving company.

It would be very nice if your company and your people would do what they say they're going to do. Second I'm so tired of having to repeat what is going on every time I talk to a new agent and I keep getting promise something will be done and it definitely does not get done the way that it should. This has been the worst experience of my life

This company lied to me since day 1 when they promised me that the policy I was buying worked anywhere on Maui. I trued to use it 2 weeks later and there was not a single hospital/clinic on the entire island who would accept my insurance. I cancelled within the 30 day window and was promised a full refund of 2,000 dollars within 30 days. The refund never came. I called back and they said it will be there, we promise. I called back after another 30 days and they said it was coming. Fast forward 6 months and now I am being told there is absolutely no refund coming. I asked how that is possible as they promised me multiple times I would get my refund and they told me I didn't send in a cancelation email. So even though they promised me the refund was coming for months (3 times documented), they now will have nothing to do with my refund. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I learned the hard way and I don't want anyone else to be lied to and stolen from. This company is not to be trusted.

All these 5 stars for the head director there ha!!! I’m not allowed to add names now and so I’m updating my review. This is a horrible company with horrible horrible horrible customer service and lacks communication completely. Good luck getting ahold of the director. Oh and the sales broker? Ya. I’m sure they’ll know who I am. On behalf of my family and myself, mind you my family has a separate plan than my own individual plan. This has been the absolute WORST insurance experience we’ve ever had. Thank god my family is well versed in Healthcare as we all work in Healthcare. From the stack of reimbursements we are told we will receive from appointments that we had to pay out of pocket because this company doesn’t know how to educate their affiliates or vendors or whomever takes this dumb insurance. None of my doctors who were listed took this insurance are accepted now because of this change in third party benefits. Went from SNS to Optimed. The director also rudely had me on a meeting so staff could use this as a learning experience. I am well educated I my medications and the director was evidently not. DO NOT PUT YOUR MEMBERS ON THE SPOT AND TRY TO GASLIGHT THEM. I know my medication Wegovy was not the same as Ozempic, I told her that it is a WEIGHTLOSS medication. She proceeded to try and correct me while spewing out incorrect information about the FDA filing a new policy, or whatever it’s called, on the type of medication Wegovy was, which is wrong because it’s been listed as a weightloss drug since before I was prescribed in May 2023. They will literally tell you ANYTHING to get you in the door. This company has horrible management clearly. I now realize why the director never responds. All of you are also pissed off for the SAME reasons. They clearly need a new management and need to get organized. Hire someone else to better manage this company. Holy cow.

I was completely scammed by this company. Do not trust them. I am $40-$45,000 in debt because they didn’t pay any of my medical bills in 2024. When I first did this review I reached out and Tonya seemed to help me and I was very pleased but then it all went sour. I have gone to the Washington state health commissioner and Attorney General and have hired an attorney. Do not trust this company. At all!

I would like to give negative stars. Not once was I able to use this insurance. I never received cards to access this insurance. After 6 months, I received a call stating the company I used for said insurance was no longer providing service and they could switch me to another insurance and reimburse me for the 5 months since I paid in advance. I declined and explained why. Two days later they took $3588.00 from my account without permission. I finally got ahold of customer service, and they were "sorry" that it happened. They don't know how or why. They will put in a request for reimbursement but it will take 30 days. I am not hopeful that I receive this money back and am already out $3588.00 for the first payment. At best they are a terrible company with terrible service. At worst they are theives and liars. Stay away!
