This young lady was so attentive and really helped me when the other customer representative act like she didn’t want to help me. She told me I was aggressive, and it really hurt my feelings, but this young lady understood the assignment and took care of me with such a great care thank you so much for hiring people like her

Jalen was constantly asking me after any information he gave me, if I understand what he was telling me, he took his time explaining things to me when I had questions and made it understandable for me. Dessi wa kind with her questions and didn't rush me for answer, took her time with me, she seems very nice. Thank you
