I’ve tried almost all the well known meal prep companies out there, because of my travels and busy schedule, and QuickFresh seems to be the one that provides the greatest variety and most the food is delicious. The meals can help anyone lose weight sustainably, without feeling like you’re on a “Diet”. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to say I'm really grateful for QuickFresh. I just started the 10 meals a day plan and at the end of my second week and I'm down 8 lbs. The food tastes so good. Last week was hard with it being my Dad's birthday, but I've committed myself to the keto diet for at least 2 months, which means no sugar and low carbs (aka, no bread, cake, or regular ice cream). I brought a few of the quickfresh meals with me while staying at my parents, and it kept me on my plan. As a benefit of these meals, I've been less hungry and have finally been able to start eating less. I'm finally seeing results. I have been working 10+ hour days, so all I have time for is to pop one of these in the microwave for a couple minutes. Since I haven't had time to work out like I normally try to, this has been a real game changer to help me make the change I've been wanting. I like that some of the meals can be eaten cold, so not everything is nuked. I feel like I'm eating better meals than my typical fast food runs. I love the flavors too. I look forward to the meals and I'm excited for some of them to be repeated so I can have them again. I'm not a picky eater, but I also don't experiment much when I go out, sticking with my typical go to meal choices. This is helping me branch out and try new dishes, and I love it! I'm happy I gave QuickFresh a shot.

I am always impressed at the quality and variety of the meals. The coaching is awesome too! I am a flight attendant and I love that I can have healthy and convenient meals each day.

I am a teacher who was having trouble getting healthy lunches into my diet. This is a fantastic solution. My meals are fresh, delivered weekly, delicious, well balanced, and heat up quickly. I love the variety that is available as well. Another benefit is the meals are filling so, I'm not snacking on unhealthy things between lunch and dinner.

At first I was intimidated and frustrated with QuickFresh website. I’m not techie at all. Placed double order and made several mistakes. But the coaches stuck with me, knowledgeable, kind and patient. For health reasons, I need a Keto diet, and it wasn’t working on my own, so I really needed this to work for me. The bonus is that the Keto food is fantastic, full of flavor, soooo easy into the microwave, packaging is easy, cleanup is easy. This food doesn’t taste like a microwave dinner. Generous, satisfying meals with amazing flavors and crunches! And reasonably priced. I feel like I have my own Chef! 👨🍳
