As an equipment dealer, we've worked with quite a few finance companies over the years. QuickFi has definitely been one of the easiest, and stream line financing processes we've seen. Our customers love the fact that they can scan a QR code and have an approval within a couple minutes. Great company to work with!

Thank you for leaving a review. Our customers typically have a fast and pleasant finance experience, so your review immediately received attention at the highest level of the organization. I apologize for any issues you experienced while using the QuickFi app. We're aware of your temporary inability to complete your transaction because the transaction amount exceeded your approved credit limit. This security measure was triggered when your equipment sales professional changed the final equipment cost to a higher amount than what was approved - possibly due to a misunderstanding about your down payment. This feature prevents customers from inadvertently consummating loans for the wrong amount. I am pleased that you were able to complete your loan after this was quickly reviewed and addressed. We are also aware of an issue you experienced during the initial application process. While the process of applying took place outside of the QuickFi mobile app, we investigated this as well and determined that the equipment dealer's application link needed to be updated. I want to make sure we fully understand and promptly fix any other areas that impacted the finance process for you.
