Long story short - they will scam you a little. They stole my 46 dollars, with no reason. Pretty bad exchange, better choise some others with out scam system in exchange. Before exchange you will get 1 rate, in progress you will lose some extra money. I have screenshots

Полный абсолютный провал, отправили на обмен 3 транзакции, 2 из которых прошли успешно без каких-либо вопросов, 3я почему-то вызвала подозрения, уже вторую неделю я выслушиваю ответы от поддержки в стиле «подождите день, два, неделю», но последний ответ, где меня просят ждать 30 рабочих дней меня довел, это незаконно, нечестно и глупо, прошу повлиять на этих *** либо заблокировать их и не давать им морочить голову людям. Подчеркну, что документы, запрашиваемые ими, пусть нехотя, но пришлось отправить, у них есть все необходимое. Я не собираюсь ждать непонятно сколько, пусть вернут мне мои деньги и я больше ни под каким предлогом не воспользуюсь их «услугами». Амлбот показывает около 10%, предыдущие заявки обработаны, исходя из этого, считаю, что мои деньги в ненадежных руках и заблокированы без причины. Претензия не будет снята, пока я не получу назад свои деньги.

Здравствуйте! Anti-Money Laundering (AML) — это принципы противодействия отмыванию денежных средств полученных от незаконной деятельности. Если ваши средства получены законным путем, то вам не о чем беспокоиться. Исходя из общего количества числа транзакций риск подобной заморозки средств минимален. В случае, если наш поставщик ликвидности (биржа) решит инициировать процесс верификации (KYC) из-за подозрений на AML, вам необходимо будет предоставить дополнительные документы для разморозки средств. They stole my money. They will tell you that you funds are somehow criminal and dirty. After they are going to ask for all the documents you have. When you provide everything they say they just disappear. I am waiting for a reply for 1 month already. I write them every day on mail then don't answer. I text on chat they say they will come back to me and never come back. I have been working honestly for my money and they just stole it. I am 100% sure it's a nasty scam. Don't fall for their nice exchange rate because they are scammers and they will fool you and you never ever get your money back.

Good exchanger. I changed BTC to BUSD. Funds received on the Ether network instead of BSC. At the expense of the exchanger, the funds were transferred to the desired network, and they also gave a small bonus.
