I tried to exchange about $1500 worth of BTC, but ended up loosing it all because they don't have any proper KYC procedure. I sent the funds from my wallet, funds has been coinjoined for privacy, and the transaction were blocked by Quickex. I suspect they're probably treating coinjoin and mixers as the same thing. I asked for the funds to be refunded, and they're asking me to provide KYC documents. Fine, but they have no process or third party vendor in place to deal with KYC verification, they're asking me to send documents BY EMAIL! Sending such documents by email and not knowing where they end up is a BIG NO and should raise huge red flags. They don't provide any information on their website how they process the documents; who are the responsible party, who has access to the docs, how are they stored, for how long are they stored, are they insured against breaches, etc. Serious companies collaborate with third party vendors for KYC. They're also hiding behind a Seychelles company meaning any abuse or privacyissues will be almost impossible to deal with. No names or contactinformation other than en email address. NEVER SEND ANY KYC DOCUMENTS BY EMAIL!!

The worst swapping experience ever! Long story short my funds were seized which they justified by the aml regulation. There was no refund nor other crypto. Low fees attracted me. I will not make the same mistake again. It is a shady company indeed.

These guys should be avoided like the great plague. The order ID for my transaction was 90147. KYC'd me for a transaction that was LTC to XMR, and made me wait a whole week to get refunded while my investment dropped down in value. Sent me nothing but generic replies, and didn't even give me the courtesy to let me know they refunded me. If your looking for an instant exchange service, these guys are not it. They will tell you that your funds failed their AML check without providing any proof. The same wallet I sent them funds from passed AML Bot and other AML checks, all my funds came from Coinbase. They are Russian based as well, and ask you to send them personal identifying documents that has your face in it. In reply to their reply to my review, this is the language that their Compliance email receives their emails in: 'понедельник, 20 января 2025 г., 18:38, Constantin Horomnea' They refunded me several days later without notifying me via email, they notified the middleman Trocador that I used. They returned only returning 95% of my funds and making excuses as to why they kept my 5% based on their terms of service. The entire experience was shady, with no evidence about their "AML" checks from this company. Ive used several exchanges and this one is the only one I've had a problem with. I assume just don't buy privacy coins and maybe you might be okay. They need to return the 100% amount I sent to them.
