I had gotten myself an ancestry DNA kit from Quick DNA, and the kit itself came quite fast and was also quite easy to use. The directions were clear, and in addition, I was happy that the results came back within the timeframe promised and were quite detailed and gave an insight not only into my ethnic background but also some healthrelated traits. The online platform where you could see the report was so simple and straightforward that it made the whole experience more like a modern and convenient thing. On the other hand, there were quite a few things that were quite disappointing. It took so many emails just to get a reply from the customer support, and when they finally did answer, the responses were very generic and not helpful at all. Another thing I also realized was that the whole process of returning the sample was a little bit confusing, and the website information about shipping and guarantees was not always clear. To summarize, the test itself is quite fascinating and the price is reasonable, but the issues with communication and support make me reluctant to give them a rating higher than three stars.

I ordered and paid in advance for a paternity test. The kit received was amateurish and did not correspond to pictures on web site. I was instructed to send sample to Vietnam. No envelope to send test tubes onwards was supplied. After not receiving any answer for weeks I began corresponding with them and I keep receiving standard replies ‘….we are working on it…’ After 6 months of trying I gave up. Definitely a scam.

Alles ging mis . Onvolledige test gekregen . Terug sturen zou gratis zijn ( niet dus) dan terug sturen Vietnam enz. Tientallen mails met onpersoonlijke antwoorden , niet nakomen van belofte . We zijn 7 maanden verder . Een terug betaling zou het enigste zijn voor dit bedrog recht te zetten .

Verschrikkelijke organisatie. Post raakt kwijt, bieden een nieuwe test aan of vergoeding maar komen niet over tot actie. na een jaar!! mailen nog geen oplossing.

Bonjour, Fuyez ce site. Ça fait 7 mois que j’échange avec eux car depuis cet été ils ont bien reçu mon colis et aucun résultats. Ça fait 7 mois qui me disent, on va voir avec notre laboratoire…. Depuis deux mois ils me disent on va vous renvoyer un kit. Ils ont du bloquer mon adresse mail, cat ils ne me répondent plus !!!! Ne vous faites pas avoir !!!!

Esto es una estafa y aunque no suelo escribir opiniones de los servicios que uso, me siento engañado. Hace casi 3 meses que, por desgracia, contacté con esta gente y solicité sus servicios, y después de 2 meses intercambiando mensajes amables, solicité la devolución del dinero y de las muestras. Desde ese día no responden a los mensajes que les he enviado. Así que ahorrense disgustos y pérdida de tiempo intentando pedir un servicio a esta empresa
