The lessons are very comprehensive. I am learning a lot. I really like when the instructor does hands on demonstration of the material. He shows the parts of the computer from all angles and makes it very clear as to what he is doing.

Quick cert is hard to follow. The labs and the chapters do not seem to go together. Plus I had a friend sign up with quick certs and I never got the 50.00 sent to me. I think that is bad customer service.

MaryAnn, Your comments regarding your experience with QuickCert are very important to us. We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty steering between our courses and the Live Lab environments. While they are both designed to complete the same objectives of the certification exam, they are created independently of one another. The Labs should give you the ability to practice the skills you learned in our training courses and better prepare you for the exam without having to practice in your company’s live environment. Nonetheless this is great feedback about the products we offer and a great learning experience for our team. I also want to apologize for neglecting to send you the $50 gift card you were promised for referring your friend. I will personally see that we send you one immediately. Thank you for your comments and I certainly hope you will consider QuickCert for your future IT training needs.

I purchased a Groupon for QuickCert Training materials for the CompTIA A+, Networking + and Security + exams respectively. The materials were well presented more or less, good slideshows and demo's involved. Recommendations to be better value to customers: Include Queue cards for studying, access to direct any relevant questions to the training of said course materials, perhaps more challenging chapter reviews. All in all though, fantastic value for a $100 investment.

Customer service is great. Wish the lectures somehow were more interactive, interesting. The best thing to me are the labs, which allow you to practice as much as desired

QuickCert IT Training has prepared me for all my Microsoft Certifications for several years! With up to date training material and engaging video instructors, and recently Live Labs; I have felt confident for every test! All training videos should be done by this team for all my Supply Chain Training! Great Job QuickCert, keep up the hard work!

I've only done one class so far, and I haven't tested yet, but I've really enjoyed the process up to this point. I watch the videos everyday. I can start and stop when I need to. I will have a more thorough review after I pass the certification tests.

I took the Outlook 2010 practice tests on your site and was told the test would be like it. It wasn't. The test is interactive and not so much written questions and answers. It would be helpful if the practice tests were the same so you know what to expect.

Great content, and instructors are very knowledgeable. Some lack personality, but its okay with me, I'm just there to learn.
