I waited 6 weeks for my test results to appear on the app and the web. I called customer service 7 times and got nowhere. No one had any idea how to solve the problem. Finally I managed to get the IT number from the only competent CS rep. She told me that she’s not allowed to give out the number, but she did due to all the aggravation I’ve been through. IT fixed the issue and an hour later I got my results!
I’m never using Quest again. Next time I’m going to Lab Corp. I don’t know if they are any better but they can’t be any worse!!!

Why aren't gloves mandated when taking blood or are they??
Unfortunately, I had to ask the individual taking my blood to put on gloves. He asked if I really wanted him to put on gloves and i said, "Yes." He replied, "Everyone's sensitivity is different." That's really insulting for someone to say with COVID-19 still in existence. Why wouldn't you want to put on gloves and why do I have to ask??? It should be mandated. Additionally, he took one vial of blood so I asked if that is now the norm since normally two vials are taken. He ignored me and didn't say a word. I won't be going to this particular center, 521-E Market St., Leesburg, VA again as a result. I will stick with Landsdowne but they were booked at the time and now I understand why. The person that greeted me and took my payment information was nice throughout but the individual that took my blood ruined it for me! I'm not trying to deter anyone, just wanted to share my experience to make others aware.

Unprofessional and dirty at best!
Super unprofessional behavior they sent my wife home with a tourniquet in her clothing. Seemed very 3rd world for being for being in the United states. Unprofessional and rude. Poor memory. Never seen anything like this before. I will go elsewhere we have a larger company here. When I called the phone line it was impossible to understand the man who was yelling the message from a what sounded like from a garbage can. Stick with the place I know works.

Quest Diagnostic Over-Billing Practices
Quest Diagnostic practices are to over-bill customers and harass them with demands for payment that have already been paid. This practice is a public outrage because so many people, particularly seniors who are ill, are being harassed with billing overdue notices for bills that have been paid. This apparently is a routine practice by Quest Diagnostics.

90 B MacDade Blvd, Glenolden, PA
I came to 90 N MacDade Blvd, Glenolden , PA, and checked in at 10:15 am and waited two hours before being called. People with appointments are called first, so during my two hours of waiting, anybody who walks in with appointment are called first regardless of waiting for hours. I really didn’t expect to be called after two hours. I had no choice but to stay for a pre-employment test. The service sucks. I do not recommend Quest Diagnostics.

Fake study about Vitamin D???? Its a joke!!!
Rating: worse than worse
Company spreads fake news about vitamin D.
Every studied immunologist can bring hundreds of counter-evidences concerning respiratory diseases.
In addition, the study authors are biased. The article, "Assessment of the Association of Vitamin D Level With SARS-CoV-2 Seropositivity Among Working-Age Adults," appeared May 21 in JAMA Network Open. There is no mention of a peer review of the paper. The probands were employees of Quest Diagnostics. The authors claim they have no conflict of interest, which is bordering on the ridiculous, since the authors report that their employer, which distributes Covid tests, not only funded the study but also edited and approved the article.
zzzz.....
All the study authors can do with the antibody tests is check whether people with higher vitamin D levels are less likely to inhale the virus. Hardly anyone claims that, however. Rather, the hypothesis that would need to be tested is whether sufficiently high vitamin D levels are helpful in allowing the body to fight off the invading viruses without getting sick or to cope with a mild course of illness. This study cannot say anything about this, because the finding of antibodies says nothing about whether the test person was (seriously) ill or "symptomlessly infected", as the non-ill patients are so nicely called nowadays.
It is recommended that the publication be withdrawn. Not that authorities still investigate here because of scientific fraud, that could be expensive in court for all injured parties, if in a few months in other, correct, publications exactly the opposite turns out and people with low vitamin D levels have almost died.

I am new to the area my Dr.ordered…
I would give them zero stars if I could!!.I am new to the area my Dr.ordered blood work she sent me to Quest.I looked online and it said walk-in wait time so I assumed you could walk -in to a Quest location WRONG!!! Went to 3 locations all turned me away and said make an appt online .Problem is appts are a week out.On top of everything else the ladies at all 3 locations were over the top rude especially at the 17th St.Ft.Lauderdale location .They refused to take me as a walk in even though there were zero people waiting in the waiting room. I have never had such a cluster trying to give blood this is our health and I think Quest needs to know how your collection centers are being ran and the people running them worst experience ever.

I had a blood test for Vit.D
I had a blood test for Vit.D done at a Greenwood location on May 20th of 2021. It was a painful procedure, and the drawing took a longer time than it normally does. I think that they got more blood than needed for a simple test. The worst thing is that I have had pain in my arm for the second day now after that test.
