If there was 0 stars, I'd choose that.... This place is full of lazy rude workers that don't want to work or help anyone.... Lying about the time they stop testing... Says 2:00 they told me 1:30. Worst place ever. I was on standby for a urine test for 2 and a half hours while there was NOBODY there....

Quest has gotten so many things wrong for my wife and myself. We have requested that doctors not use them. They are currently billing me for a test the doctor did not ask for and I have been waiting over an hour for anyone in customer service. They are clearly the worst.

I recommend u go get blood work somewhere else Especially if u have to deal with the customer service they r clueless. I have the app for 2 days I have called in even spoke to women no help gentleman little better I thought then had to call back the next day they all clueless now they say quest will call me back in 24 to 48 hours ughh all I wanted was my results that’s they sent me email they r ready I go on my app login & hit on my results it’s says somethings wrongs I’ve explain that two days to them go somewhere else they don’t care about u ur health or feelings

One of the worst most unorganized medical giants there is. No way to actually contact them and they always can't send test results to doctors. Need to be investigated for anti trust laws so quality will go up again.

Came in for a Covid test for vacation, I was told it was going to be 24-48 hours until my results were ready. It’s going on 5 days, never received any emails or updates on my test had to get a test at another facility and pay because this stupid ass company can’t do no work. Tried calling and emailing still nothing.y’all number don’t work just gives automated options, like who are we supposed to speak to if we have trouble with results. Dumb ass company stop offering services if y’all can’t do a damn thing on time.

Quest was double payed for diagnostic testing requested by my doctor. I paid the bill originally (as I was told my health insurance would not cover it). Then my insurance company pays Quest for the same claim they were sent- because of course they cover diagnostics. I have called back multiple times over the months since and though Quest acknowledges they were double paid by both myself and Cigna for the same tests, and that I am indeed owed a reimbursement for diagnostic testing from over a year ago, they have yet to do anything or issue said reimbursement...

Quest diagnostics Issaquah- I didn’t have an appt but arrived to an empty waiting room & office. I waited 15 minutes until another person arrived and then another with an appt. She took her back and she was back for 30 min before I left as they don’t take people after 4:15, which I think was the plan. Thirty minutes to draw blood?? No thank you… you are a rookie. Never going back.

Their billing department is either incompetent or non-existent. Every time I walked in to have blood drawn, I was told that they couldn't draw my blood as I owed hundreds---eventually thousands---of dollars. This was all completely false; I paid my bills on time, all the time. Fortunately, the nurse knew how terrible the company is, so she would eventually agree to just draw my blood anyways. My mother still gets calls from Quest about missing thousands of dollars. Every time, she explains that the bills are paid and sends them proof, and they apologize and say they will update the records. Either they're lying or their records are terrible because a few weeks later they just call again about missing money. The organization appears to be completely incompetent. UPDATE: THEY SENT DEBT COLLECTORS AFTER US... what on earth is wrong with this company?
