If there was a way that I would give them zero stars, then I would do that. My experience with you guys are the worst. Your customer service is worse than that. And I am very upset and unsatisfied with your customer service due to the fact that I never received my package and there is nothing that you guys are doing about this. The bottom line is that I’ve did not receive my package and although that it is been proven that FedEx had delivered the package. I never received the package and for your company to state that I sold the package is totally outrageous and I am very upset about this.

Closure was great quality and absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to tone it and get it installed.

My experience was not great . The website is deceiving making it think you’re getting hair from Queens NY when you’re actually getting it from China . The quality is not good at all the hair smells and it sheds

I ordered two 5x5 closure, received them you can read thru them. received two email asked to send a photo did that, then they ask if I weigh them.
