I placed an order on May 6th I hve not heard anything regarding my order I attempted contact via phone but the subscriber was not accepting calls, I hve sent several text messages including messaging on the website and emailed numerous times with no response

Still waiting on my package & have never recieved any updates

This is my second time ordering from queen hair and it's the great customer service and communication for me. I get the kinky straight hair because it blends well with my natural hair. The bundles are soft, long lasting, and barely shed. Good stuff!!!
