This is a great product
This is a great product. I got the LID Bag that came with the neck and chest device free. WOW! Great product! The only trouble I had was connecting the neck and chest device to the electric attachments, because They came with different ones from different countries. Find the one for Your country. USA...got it connected after figuring it out. The bag is super simple to hook up...just plug it in and You Tube has some great instructional videos to help with settings.

So far the bag is great
So far the bag is great. I am more thing than most, and it covers me, but larger people may have less direct contact without moving. I have already noticed a difference in skin tone and maybe a bit if relief with the pain. I am still playing around with it. May have a better read on this after a few weeks. Package was great, easy to use and set up. Availability to separate for 2 mats or 1 bag.

My Quasar Plus started to malfunction…
My Quasar Plus started to malfunction after a couple years of use. So, I sent it back to Quasar to repair. Somehow, the package got lost in their system. It took several weeks of emails to resolve. A few days ago a new representative named Joy took over my case. And, she sent me a NEW Quasar Plus that same day. I received the new device in 3 days. I was very impressed that their customer service never forgot about me and took the time to resolve my case. Don't put too much weight on the negative reviews here. Their customer service/ aftercare is top notch!
