We came to them already selling 6000+ units per month of a particular product spending 23% of total revenue on ads for a specific product. Our goal is 15%-18% of revenue. They said that they could accomplish that for us and it would be fairly quick since we have a lot of data. We proposed to them to not promote our most profitable product (24K+ ad spend per month) but promote all the others. Quartile insisted that was not a good Idea and it would be best to promote the entire account using their software. We followed their lead and they spent in ads in a week what we spend in a month. They were spending as high as 76% of revenue and after almost a month we were now losing thousands of dollars daily. They said the system will get better and it was a long term investment. It's not worth it if they take a 6 figure per year earning product and have it lose 60K or more for 90days to maybe improve to 5% better. That mean it would take over a year just to recoup our money + the profit that we lost. Their shouldn't have to take a campaign that's profitable performing at 23% to 76% to get better. Their system is flawed. If you have good performing campaigns no matter what they will start off from scratch and will always tell you to import the campaigns that you spend the most money on even if they're performing great because then they can charge you more. We took over the campaigns after their system failed and got the campaigns to 29% in a few days. After seeing that their software would probably lose us thousands of dollars for months to come, they said it would be best to use our initial strategy from the beginning. The same strategy that they said was not a good idea. They them blamed us for the loss in profit and practically everything that could have been deemed negative to the account. When we attempted to cancel, the system does not let you cancel. It says someone will follow up with you in a few days then someone will attempt to keep you using them after they've failed. We then said cancel our account and sent us confirmation. They never sent confirmation, said that we would be charged another bill since the next billing cycle occurs within 30 days and never responded to us again after various request for a cancellation receipt.

I signed up with Sidecar and they were purchased by Quartile. I was happy with Sidecar and once the purchase happened my results went straight down. They were in charge of uploading my product feed and after noticing a drop in sales I looked and they hadn't uploaded my products for over a month and they were all taken down. No notice, but they decided to blame me saying I removed their access. Not true.

Good morning, I would like to make a complaint to Quartile. When I decided to sign up, I saw that your company had a lot of potential for my business and I wanted to test it so I could also recommend it to my students. However, after using the platform, I realized how efficient it is and how well the software works, but your training team is very unprepared. The communication through email is terrible, the person who was working with me on the account was not showing up on the scheduled days, and I asked for a change in schedule but it was not addressed. Whenever I had questions about the software, the person was very poorly trained and did not understand how it worked or was able to explain it. This is because there is an initial introduction, but any questions I asked were met with a lack of knowledge. I tried to request some changes, but it has been over three months of using the software and my manager is unfortunately terrible, with no preparation to deal with any issues. I was unable to provide my opinion or strategic ways to improve my own business, which is ridiculous. Additionally, when I was initially contacted, I was not informed that I would need to give a 30-day notice to cancel, and I was even told that I could cancel at any time. This was a good software, but with a completely untrained team behind it, with no knowledge.

Poor results. Ad spend was reckless and wasteful. Changed from Amazon to Google ads mid-contract and forced to sign new agreement. Now they won't cancel my account after original contract is up. Not customer centric. They are only looking out for their own interests. Not trustworthy.

WOULD NO LONGER RECOMMEND BASED ON OUR EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN. I've been working with Quartile for a few years now, and while they started off being a key player in the Machine Learning-based Amazon PPC management game, they have gone down hill fast to the point where their service isn't worth the results...in our opinion. We've used them for both Amazon PPC Ad management, as well as Google Ads management, and starting early 2022, they couldn't meet our TACOS / ACOS / ROI requirements. Additionally, they have increased their Management Fee rates to the point that their PPC Sales results are no longer profitable enough to pay for the management fee. And rather than lower their rates to reflect their inability to deliver results in this economy, they instead pad their bottom line by charging you a "cancellation / transition fee" that wasn't there when I signed up. Per their email trying to justify their the charge when we decided to cancel, "Since March this year there was an update to the terms of service to include a 30-Day termination notice from your next billed date. There was an email sent to all customers about this and an updated terms agreement in the Quartile Portal (which you can still access if you want to review it). This ensures enough time to properly offboard a customer with a focus on a seamless transition from our technology back to the customer’s management and for the reallocation of our resources. With that in mind, your last bill date was December 17th, and the end date to disconnect your account should be January 16th." Thing is, they didn't "transition" anything. They just stop working when you cancel, and then they just try to get another month of management fees out of you when you cancel due to their lack of profitable results.

I do not recommend using quartile. They promise and their ads to use AI technology to constantly update your ads for my account. They were running Halloween ads all through November well past what I requested of them, and to cancel a contract with them or as hell despite many issues I had with their company, including not being provided timely reports of ad progress on multiple platforms I strongly suggest not using them and feel like they even false advertise.
