I would say I'm fairly satisfied with the software. though it has some technical discrepancies, It's very transparent and has tools that really help in some high level decision processes. Though currently an inevitable work in progress, considering our working relationship, the data derived from the software and some improvements that will be and have been made over time, I would recommend this software and company.

I have been using Quartile's Amazon PPC service for 14 months. When I started with them, my ACoS was over 30%, killing my margin. It took a few months to dial in the keywords and bidding, but eventually my rep was able to bring my ACoS down to under 20%. I have stayed on as a customer because I feel they are continuing to bring value to my company. I started with one representative, and he stuck with me for over a year before being promoted, now I have a new rep. It's worth noting that employees stick around at Quartile. That speaks to how they treat their employees, in my opinion. I have used other PPC services before that had me meeting a new rep every few months.

Gustavo and Gabriel have been great partners in getting us set up on Quartile. As a small brand that has had bad agency experiences in the past, Quartile at 7 weeks in has surpassed our expectations. On each call with Gustavo and Gabriel they had the details right, understood our business, and delivered on the results we set out to achieve at the start of our engagement. We wanted to achieve better ACoS and TACoS and thus far we've seen a 29% improvement in ACoS and 22% improvement in TACoS. Looking forward to continued progress with Quartile.
