Won't stop bothering with marketing. Called cell. Called office, sent emails to everyone. How many times do they need to hear were not interested. Its so bad I felt a review is needed so there management can realize how push they are.

Shady, shady, shady. This company will scatter all your successful campaigns all over to hundreds of campaigns. The ACOS never really improves overall. When you request a cancelation, they'll charge you an extra month even if you request the cancelation "1 day late" compared to the sign up date... even if it is their fault because they were dragging their feet on why they refused to uphold pricing promises by their employees.

They didn’t deliver a fraction of what they promised. Those “hourly AI ad bids and revisions” were worthless. The optimization score for our Google ads averaged out to 69.2%. I significantly better scores than that for ads that I wrote myself. When it was obvious that their efforts were not working, they were asking for suggestions via a spreadsheet with a bunch of different options.

be carful ! it's a fraud ! i was i the process of starting to work with them, once i decided not to proceed, they refuse to credit me back over $600 they charged me on my credit card. I chase them for over 4 months and after they called me every day before I gave them the credit card, they all disappeared when they had to refund the money

Quartile's service took me from a 10 ROAS to a briefly touching a 1 ROAS. I was expecting a hand held service that would propel my business instead I got a passenger in a car going off a cliff. I would not recommend Quartile to any friend. I would recommend them to all my competitors.

I used Quartile before Covid and they were very effective. I have run my own Amazon PPC for a while and had ACOS running at around 40%. I went back to quartile in order to try and bring down my ACOS and increase sales. They were confident that they could bring my ACOS down into the 20% range but said that they expected it to take a month or two before their algorithm really kicked in. I used them for a total of 5 months and, during that time, my ACOS hovered around the 70-80% mark. We had weekly meetings at which I begged them to bring down the ACOS as I was simply losing money on every sale. They constantly promised to do so but month 5 had ACOS running at 75%. I gave notice and stopped using them. They ignored the notice I'd given them and continued to charge me after termination of contract. I am so disappointed with the results I got from them and cannot believe the way that they treated me after termination. This was a company who's AI algorithm might have worked in the past but obviously cannot cope with the way Amazon currently runs its advertising. Losing me thousands of $ was bad enough but then the way I was treated afterwards was appalling. I certainly would never recommend them again and would strongly suggest that potential customers look elsewhere.

Poor performance and Fraudulent transaction. I tried Quartile for Amazon PPC maintenance. I was offered 50% discount for first three month with no contract and I was told I can cancel anytime. After wasting one month and £500 and lots of sale I decided not to continue however I was surprised when I was charged another £500 for second month without my consent. I was shocked how they got access to my card detail. I only made payment once at the beginning of first month with the link provided by quartile however I didn’t enter my card detail it took money directly from my bank. But again when I was charged at the beginning second month I contacted them to cancel which they did but told me there will be no refund for money as you need to give us 30 days notice. Dear I didn’t use your service I tried you for first month and I do not like your performance so I do not want to continue for second month. How can I give you notice of 30days before even trying you for first 30 days. This company is a fraud as you signup their portal will take two days weeks to import data from your Amazon account and then they will start working on campaigns so they will launch first campaign after 20 days of subscription. The performance is very poor please do not signup with them. You will get 100s of email and phone call when you signing up and then there they will contact you once a week so there is no communication and you can’t get hold of them specially if you are not based in USA. however if you decide to cancel the subscription you will be charge for the whole month in advance and no one will respond your email. Horrible experience! Stay away! After a lengthy back and forth with the sale executive over multiple months, I really had high expectations coming in, but was disappointed with one exception - they were able to help us navigate some account health issues with Google and Walmart relatively quickly. Other than that the Google PPC ads were completely mismanaged with no coherent strategy being deployed. Our account was given to off shore personnel to manage (I was never told that my team wouldn't be US based before signing) and this led to communication issues and the ultimate unacceptable lack of performance and results. They also promised feed optimization and never did anything to optimize our feed listings. We lost a lot of money in lost business during the holiday season, high ad spend with HORRIBLE ROAS, plus the fees we paid Quartile. I feel like we should receive a full refund based on this experience, but when I raised my concerns to Quartile they just asked us to pay more invoices since the ads were running and they had sent us a few emails.... not seeming to be concerned about how badly they were being run. Needless to say we have moved our accounts to a new agency that is much more responsive. It is possible Quartile could be good at Amazon PPC, but we saw no value in their service managing Google advertising.
