Quartile charged me after I canceled my account, and they’re refusing to refund it. I canceled my monthly subscription on March 24, 2025, yet they still billed me for another full month of service I did not use and did not agree to. When I contacted them, they hid behind confusing fine print in their Terms & Conditions, claiming there’s a “30-day notice period that begins on your next billing cycle.” This policy was never made clear at the time of signup or cancellation. Let me be very clear: I canceled. I stopped using the service. I was still charged. Their Terms are written like a legal trap, full of vague, complicated language that makes it almost impossible for the average person to understand what they're really agreeing to. This is not just poor customer service, this is deceptive, predatory billing. Why would anyone knowingly pay for something they're not using? Quartile is counting on people being too busy or confused to fight back. If you’re considering doing business with this company, be very careful. Their cancellation policy is a scam, and they make it incredibly difficult to get your money back. This company needs to be held accountable.

I left Quartile after almost 5 years of using their software, 4 years directly, and a year prior via an agency. I feel a huge sense of relief to be done with them. De-coupling from their software and their bloated middle management layers was a huge burden and took over a month. TL;DR - take a look for yourself at my KPIs with Quartile and the new agency I replaced them with: Final month w/ Quartile before switch: ACoS: 30.3% TACoS: 21.7% % Organic Sales: 28.5% 3 weeks after leaving Quartile (with minimal optimizations and we're not done yet): ACoS: 25.7% TACoS: 15.2% % Organic Sales: 40.9% Revenue levels stayed the same, only 5% decrease in revenue. Outdated strategy that became obsolete with the algorithm updates in late 2022. Unfortunately, many sellers have not yet caught onto this, as Quartile is exceptional at spending 90% of your ad budget on product targeting ads which do nothing to help your organic rank but will get you sales at high cost. So you can see your sales go up, at the expense (huge) of your profit, and long-term organic search rank for top keywords, which in turn will make your business growth unsustainable. Their software essentially makes your business into a pay to play vending machine with slim to non-existent margin. Their AI tools are a black box, you will never have any input on keywords to target, bid optimizations and placements, and their strategies on these will deplete your bank accounts. Their account managers are great at giing you excel reports with performance, but nothing on how to move the needle in the right direct and affect the performance. Their end-user tool is clunky and looks like it's from 2010. Their campaign structure and strategy is so bad, it pains me to calculate the lost sales and profit over the last 1.5 years from their ads de-ranking us on top keywords, and from the bloated campaigns leaking tens of thousands of dollars. They were more interested this last year on selling me new platforms and services, than actually coming to me with solutions on how to fix the existing campaigns that didn't work well. Classic example of a company that grew too fast, hired too many people at once, and created so much middle management bloat and poor internal communication. P.S. Response to Quartile's response: Yes, indeed, I was a client for over 5 years. My experience above reflects the last 2 years, so it's my most recent and, therefore, most relevant, experience. Please note, this is not personal, and intended to harm Quartile. It's simply a warning to other sellers to not make the mistake I did, which cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars in wasted ad spend and opportunity cost of missed sales due to lost rankings over the course of that period. In addition, hopefully my review is a call to action for Quartile if you still intend to remain competitive in the ad space. Lastly, the reason I reposted it is because Quartile reported my valid review on Trustpilot from over a year ago as fraudulent, which resulted in its removal by Trustpilot. Maybe if you spent as much effort on improving your service as you did in reputation management, you wouldn't have so many negative reviews...

We worked with Quartile for 2 years. The most decitful software I have ever used. On the surface, everything looks good. When you dig deeper and look at the real numbers, the real results... 85% of spend is wasted money... 15% of spend generates profit. How much profit should a company have if 85% of the spend is not wasted... If you don't want to know the answer to this question... Don't use Quartile...

Our company started working with Quartile in March 2024, optimistic that their services would help drive growth for our Amazon product sales. We had bi-weekly check-ins with an account manager, expecting results. Unfortunately, our experience with Quartile fell far short of expectations. Throughout 2024, our Amazon product sales stayed completely flat month-to-month. Compared to 2023, there was literally zero improvement in revenue. Despite the ongoing stagnation, Quartile did not offer any actionable strategies or meaningful insights to move the needle. After months of lackluster results and no return on our investment, we decided to cancel our service. Here’s where things got even worse: We canceled a full week before the start of the next billing cycle, assuming this would end our partnership cleanly. Instead, Quartile informed us of their 30-day notice requirement hidden in the fine print of their contract. This policy meant we were charged for an additional month of service—despite the fact that no services were rendered, nor were they needed. Quartile refused to negotiate or make exceptions, citing "policy" as the reason. This rigid and customer-unfriendly approach adds insult to injury for a service that failed to deliver results in the first place. To anyone considering Quartile: * Be prepared to comb through their fine print, as their policies will penalize you even if their services don’t work as promised. * Don’t expect flexibility or fairness if you decide to cancel. * In our experience, you could end up paying for absolutely nothing. I wouldn’t recommend Quartile to anyone serious about improving their business. Proceed with caution, and make sure you understand what you’re signing up for because they certainly won’t prioritize your success—or satisfaction.

Quatile managed my AMAZON (US) account starting from 20 November 2024 for approximately 7 weeks. During this time, there was a single sale amounting to less than $100, while the advertising expenses exceeded $1000 along with additional monthly charges. Unfortunately, the outcome resulted in a financial deficit of over $2200 in under 2 months. Quatile claims to utilize its proprietary AI technology, although there are uncertainties regarding the effectiveness of this AI system. I will not recommend this company. I would also like to highlight that communication with Lucas has been extremely poor. When I raised the issue of no sale, he wanted to schedule a weekly meeting instead of by-weekly but never eventuated and no response to my emails whatsoever. Therefore I am Not a very happy customer.

Have been trying to get ahold of someone at Quartile for months about canceling my account. No one answers the phone anymore nd when they do they say they are not authorized to do this and my account manager will reach out. Then no one proceeds to reach out.

I have been getting cold called from Quartile for a while - I spoke with the rep and explicitly told them that I did not want to be cold called and that I would check the tool when I get a chance and get back to them if interested. He completely disregarded my comment and continued pushing/asking why we just couldnt talk. I would have been more than happy to take a look at the tool at my own time, but now I know I will never even give it a try.
