QuartileReviews of quartile.com

Rafaela and her team are absolute rock stars when it comes to Amazon PPC management. I have been with Quartile for about 5 years and have been very happy with them. The people there awesome and their software is the best I could find. Highly recommend.

I've been working with Quartile for 2 years and they have not only the best performing campaigns but their one-on-one bi-weekly meetings are head and shoulders above any other PPC agencies that I've worked with over the past 13 years.

Rafaela is great and the Quartile system is impressive. My account has steadily grown and I am now positive each day instead of negative net.

I hired Quartile just over 2 months to manage my Amazon PPC advertising, and so far have found them to be cost effective and highly professional. Prior to engaging Quartile, my Amazon sales had been slowly declining for 4+ months. Since hiring them, Pedro has been working on my account and I have seen improvement in top-line sales as well as better advertising efficiency (lower ACOS and TACOS). I've been an Amazon seller for about 5 years and have previously worked with 4 other Amazon ad agencies. My business is relatively small, and in my experience I've found most Amazon ad agencies structure their pricing and service plans for larger Amazon sellers. My experience with Pedro and Quartiles is that they have proactively tailored their pricing & plan to meet the needs of my smaller business. I am very satisfied so far with their service and people! - One additional detail that I would bring up is their onboarding model is different from the other agencies I've worked with. They have a specialized team (including Pedro) that works with clients during the initial 1 - 3 month "trial period" to ensure a good fit between client and agency. If during this initial period they don't see a good fit from their perspective, they tell you directly. Their explanation for this approach is that they prefer to quickly evaluate whether their services will benefit their clients, and they are OK with some relationships ending quickly that they believe will ultimately prove unproductive for their clients (or themselves). From my perspective, I find it refreshing to see an agency focused on creating "win-win" relationships, and not just on generating fees.

I have been working with Quartile for over 18 months and have been seeing consistent good results.

Great support, communication, and we have seen growth in our account! Thanks to Mariana and Gustavo, they both have done a lot to help us learn and grow on Amazon.

Been a nice start with Quartile over the first 11 months. Seen some growth without overspending. Very mindful of our budget in creating campaigns. Our Strategy Manager has been wonderful in building out our campaigns, meetings to follow up with results and plans going forward. So far so good.

Google and Bing have become so complicated that although I handled them myself for many years, I felt like I needed experienced help with them now. Quartile has been that help and have also been open to my experience and opinions as well.
