It works, but it sucks that they released new unit within months of my purchase. And now no new software updates for my old unit. They only update the newer units software.

I've a quarq dfour power meter and for my experience it doesn't work very well in active race environment like short lap 4-6 corners criterium races. Sometimes datas appear 2-3 second after performing hard sprints sometimes don't get any of data. Some sprints only take few seconds so can't get healthy info. Otherwise it works fine in training

Awesome customer service, polite extremely knowledgeable, helpful and speedy. Repaired my quarq under warranty even though it was pretty old. Nice to do business with a company that cares about their customers. When you call them you actually get a real person who knows what is going on.
