Great cranks. No issues and always work!

I have had two Quarqs -- one was the CinQo Saturn (one of the originals) and the other, my current one, is the DFour. They both were and are incredibly reliable and accurate. They get the job extremely well for all of my training needs and I don't have to worry about my unit having issues -- I can just focus on training. I highly recommend Quarq. They will bring your training to the next level.

My Quarq powermeter was installed on my new Cervelo P5 late in 2016. From the beginning it had issues with calibration and "eating" batteries, which would last less than a month. Finally it failed during an IM 70.3 race. I took it back to the shop where I bought it for service per the warranty. Their service was great. They gave me a "loaner" while my PM was in the shop but unfortunately it took 2 months to get my PM back from Quarq. It's worked fine since but the initial experience was less than stellar.

Had issues with my powermeter, customer service helped alot, gave all the necessary troubleshooting guides, when i all possible options was exhausted and even though my PM was very old it was not the end of it, CS still gave me a buyback option which i took and regardless of the time difference CS responded to all my emails very prompt

The product is good, I now have 3 Quarqs on 3 bikes. However, the real differentiator for Quarq is the customer service from US support. Local support in Australia is poor but US support is second to none. Support responds to emails within 24 hrs without fail, and I really value this responsiveness.

Quarq which I took out for repair becomes DEZERO and comes home and is astonishment I am slightly only sorry that there was not ROTOR Qrings because a shape changed in DZERO But sense of stability was good because I thought that I increased
