I never received my order.

I have not received my order. Regrettably, my order was inadvertently sent to an incorrect address within an incorrect city.

I ordered cups but they never arrived.

False Advertising. Quantum Labs advertises "extra-soft" toothbrushes, so I purchased 6 dozen. The ad is a blatant Lie - They are not soft at all! And they don't give refunds.

Upon delivery the boxes were very ragged. The first box we opened there was 10+ that had broken zippers. I need to do another big bulk order within the next week, but am reluctant to do so with the order I did receive this week.

I ordered on sept 26. It is now Oct 7. I still have not received my order and have had no communication from you about it. You did charge my credit card though.

I ordered and bought gloves on Quantum Labs Inc. only to find out that they were out of stock. Very disappointed! You guys need to do a better job in updating your inventory, and not list them as available, and really not.
