I tried ordering toothbrushes twice on the website. The website was down so I couldn’t order. After numerous calls back and forth I finally got one person and she was less than helpful and tried to switch me to another person who didn’t answer the phone. Needless to say the experience was unpleasant. Will be ordering elsewhere where it’s not difficult to order toothbrushes.

Someone had to call me from the company because the payment didn’t process. They were very nice and professional. I received my order in a timely fashion, and they threw in a bonus, little bag of candy which I thought was cute!
