I was under thr impression I would be receiving a CASE of gloves as this was the MINIMUM purchase stated on the site. I received 1 box. For $70
Response from Quantum Labs, IncMay 3, 2021
We are so sorry it was not clear what the item count was when placing your order. The type of glove you bought has 300 gloves in the box. Most gloves come in boxes of 100. Glove costs have gone up exponentially during the current health crisis and supply is scarce. Our prices were raised to only cover the extra cost. Thank you for your order and customer service can help your next order over the phone to find a better glove option if possible.

My order went through and later I’ve got an e mail that it’ll be canceled. You need to update your inventory accordingly.

We are so sorry we weren't able to fulfill your order. We are experiencing extreme demand for some safety and sanitizing products. We have updated our site now. Thank you for your understanding and feedback.

We deeply apologize! Our masks sold out and are no longer available at this time. Please understand supply is extremely limited of some PPE items during this unusual period and are not in our control. Thank you for what you do!

I am a registered nurse, I ordered face masks for protection at work related to the current situation and lack of PPE we are being provided at work. You cancelled my order, stated you were unable to complete. I then found out another person who is a customer had no problems ordering the same masks I attempted to order. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Just trying to help protect myself and coworkers, and our families. Thanks for your help.

Hello! Thank you for your service on the front lines! We are doing everything we can to stock and supply PPE products. Our face mask inventory fluctuates frequently. We have prioritized medical professionals like you so unfortunately they must have been out of stock at the time of your order. Currently, we have zero masks in stock. I will reach out to you if anything comes available in the immediate future. Thank you again! PS I have not even taken masks for myself to use to leave them for customers and medical use.
